Educational Qualification:    B.E (Mechanical) – from a reputable & HEC recognized Institution

Professional Qualification:   Member of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)

Experience:                             05 – 07 years in managing Machine Tool shops, CNC machines, Mould & Die making

Core Skills & Essentials:        

1. Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities

2. Possesses excellent qualities of leadership, decision making and problem solving

3. Energetic with abilities to take initiatives and meeting business objectives.

4. Should be well versed with AUTOCAD & Computer Graphics Software.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:     

1.   To take complete responsibility for preparation, modifications & alteration on Moulds & Dies.

2.   To ensure smooth running of machines in co-ordination of maintenance Department.

3.   Should be able to supervise and provide guidance in the operations of CNC milling, engraving, stamping, welding, and chemical treatments.

4.   Look after all the technical & administrative affairs.

5.   Co-ordinate the production activities of Production Department to ensure maximum efficiency and harmony

6.   Should demonstrate the ability to execute and implement Projects.

7. To provide conducive atmosphere for all the team members for better output of the department.
